Die Notwendigkeit, in organisationsorientierten Informationssystemen Daten zu fixieren, zwingt zur Verwendung von Formularen. Aus den Erfahrungen beim Aufbau des Formularwesens im Klinikum Steglitz lassen sich einige Grundsätze für die Planung und Gestaltung der Formulare sowie die Formatierung ableiten. Unter Bezug auf den Informationsfluß können 5 Hauptformen von Informationsprozessen und zugeordneten Formularen unterschieden werden. Wesentliche Probleme bei dem Aufbau. des Formularwesens im Krankenhaus-Informations-System ergeben sich vor allem aus psychosozialen Faktoren.
The necessity of recording data within an organization-oriented information system demands the usage of forms. Based on the experiences made at the Klinikum Steglitz some basic principles for planning and design of forms within a hospital information system are derived.
